V Radar is a personal planning, calendar, payment reminder, subscription tracking, PDF statement review, and home screen widget application. The App is designed to help users organize calendar events, payment reminders, subscriptions, installments, and related personal planning information.

1. Important Summary

V Radar is designed as a privacy-conscious, local-first application.

At the current stage:

V Radar does not connect to your bank account.
V Radar does not ask for your bank password.
V Radar does not perform real payments or money transfers.
V Radar does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
PDF statement files selected by the user are processed for personal planning purposes.
User-created payments, subscriptions, and reminders are planning records only.
Subscription purchases are handled by Google Play, not directly by V Radar.
The App may store user-created data locally on the device.
Some optional features, such as Google Calendar integration, may require user permission.

2. Information You Provide or Create in the App

V Radar may allow you to manually create, edit, or save information such as:

Calendar events
Payment reminders
Subscription records
Installment records
Meeting or appointment reminders
Lesson or personal schedule entries
Notes related to your personal planning

Widget preferences
Language preferences

V Radar does not treat user-created payment records as real financial transactions. They are reminders and planning entries only.

3. PDF Statement Import

V Radar may allow you to select and import PDF files, such as credit card statements or similar documents, in order to help detect possible payment dates, installment information, subscription-like records, or other planning items.

When using PDF import:

The PDF is selected by you.
The App processes the PDF to detect possible records.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming detected information before saving it.
The App may create local planning records based on the information you approve.
V Radar does not guarantee that PDF detection will be perfect.
You should verify all imported data manually.

At the current stage, V Radar is designed so that PDF processing is performed for the purpose of personal planning and review. V Radar does not connect to your bank account and does not use your bank login information.

4. Duplicate PDF Detection

To prevent duplicate imports, V Radar may generate a local technical fingerprint or hash of a selected PDF file. This helps the App recognize if the same statement has already been imported.

This fingerprint is used only to prevent duplicate imports and manage your local import history. It is not intended to identify you personally and is not used for advertising.

5. Google Calendar Integration

V Radar may offer optional Google Calendar integration.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar:

The App may request permission to read calendar events.
Calendar events are imported or displayed for personal planning purposes.
Google Calendar events are not treated as payments unless you manually mark or convert them as payment-related records.
You can choose not to use Google Calendar integration.
You may revoke Google Calendar permissions through your Google account settings or device settings where applicable.

V Radar does not sell your Google Calendar information.

6. Home Screen Widgets

V Radar may provide Android home screen widgets.

Widgets may display limited summary information such as:

Today’s event count
Upcoming event information
Payment reminder summaries
Subscription or planning summaries
Selected widget mode
Selected widget theme

Widget content may be visible on your device’s home screen. You are responsible for deciding whether to place a widget on your device, especially if other people may see your screen.

7. Notifications and Reminders

V Radar may provide local reminders or notifications for events, payments, subscriptions, or other planning records.

Notifications may include limited information about your records. Notification behavior may depend on your device settings, operating system, permissions, battery optimization, and manufacturer restrictions.

V Radar cannot guarantee that notifications will always be delivered exactly on time.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

V Radar may offer paid subscription plans, such as monthly, three-month, or six-month access.

Payments and subscription management are handled by Google Play or the relevant app store, not directly by V Radar.

V Radar does not collect or store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed by Google Play or the relevant store provider according to their own terms and privacy policies.

The App may receive limited purchase status information from Google Play to determine whether premium features should be unlocked.

9. Currency Settings

V Radar may allow you to choose a display currency for user-created payment records.

This currency setting is only for your personal planning entries inside the App.

Changing the App’s currency setting does not change the official subscription prices shown or charged by Google Play.

10. Local Storage

V Radar may store data locally on your device, including:

Events
Payment records
Subscription records
PDF import history
Settings
Widget preferences
Language preferences
Developer/test preferences where applicable

If you delete the App, clear app data, reset your device, or uninstall the App, locally stored data may be lost.

Unless a separate backup or cloud sync feature is clearly introduced in the future, you should not assume that V Radar stores your data in the cloud.

11. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

At the current stage, V Radar does not intentionally collect:

Bank account login credentials
Bank passwords
Credit card numbers entered directly into V Radar
Government identity numbers
Real-money transaction authorization data
Biometric information
Precise live location tracking
Personal data for advertising profiling

V Radar also does not currently operate a backend system for selling or monetizing user data.

12. Third-Party Services

V Radar may interact with third-party services depending on features used, such as:

Google Play Billing for subscriptions and purchases

V Radar is a personal planning and reminder tool. It does not provide financial, legal, accounting, tax, investment, or banking advice.

Any payment dates, amounts, subscription records, or imported PDF information shown in the App should be reviewed by you. You remain responsible for verifying all information and making your own decisions.

2. Eligibility

3. No Banking Service

V Radar is not a bank, payment institution, financial institution, accounting provider, investment advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor.

V Radar does not:

Ask for your bank password
Authorize payments
Transfer money
Pay your bills automatically
Manage real financial accounts

4. User Responsibility

Cancelling external subscriptions where needed

5. PDF Import and Data Review

V Radar may allow you to select PDF files, such as credit card statements or similar documents, to detect possible payment records, installment information, or subscriptions.

You understand and agree that:

PDF detection may be incomplete or incorrect.
The App may fail to detect some items.
The App may misread some dates, amounts, merchants, or descriptions.
You must review detected results before saving them.
You should not rely only on the App for financial decisions.
You remain responsible for checking your official bank, card, or service provider statements.

V Radar does not guarantee the accuracy of imported PDF results.

6. Calendar Integration

V Radar may offer optional calendar integration, including Google Calendar where available.

If you connect a calendar:

You authorize the App to access the permitted calendar information.
Calendar events may be shown or imported for planning purposes.
Calendar events are not automatically real payment obligations.
You are responsible for deciding how imported calendar events should be used.
You may revoke calendar permissions through your account or device settings where applicable.

7. Notifications and Widgets

V Radar may provide notifications, reminders, and home screen widgets.

You understand that:

Notifications may be delayed, blocked, or not shown depending on device settings.
Widgets may display information on your device’s home screen.
Operating system restrictions may affect widget updates.
Battery optimization settings may affect reminder behavior.
V Radar cannot guarantee that every notification or widget update will occur at the exact expected time.

You are responsible for managing notification and widget visibility on your own device.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

V Radar may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms of Google Play or the relevant app store.

V Radar does not directly process your credit card information.

9. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the rules of Google Play or the relevant app store.

You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through your store account.

Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel your subscription.

To cancel a subscription, you must use Google Play or the relevant store subscription management tools.

Refund requests, where available, are handled according to Google Play or the relevant store policies.

10. Free and Premium Features

V Radar may offer both free and premium features.

Certain features may be limited, locked, or usage-capped for free users. Premium access may unlock additional features such as expanded PDF imports, widget customization, advanced calendar planning, or other features described inside the App.

Feature availability may change over time.

We may add, modify, limit, or remove features, provided that such changes are made in a way consistent with applicable law and app store policies.

11. Developer Mode and Test Features

Some versions of V Radar may include Developer Mode, Safe Mode, mock services, or test controls.

These features are intended for testing and development purposes. They do not represent real purchases, real subscriptions, or guaranteed premium entitlement outside the local test environment.

Developer Mode must not be used to bypass app store payment systems in production use.

12. Local Data and Data Loss

V Radar may store your information locally on your device.

You understand that local data may be lost if:

You uninstall the App
You clear app data
Your device is lost or damaged
Your operating system deletes app data
You reset your device
The App is updated or removed in a way that affects local storage

Unless a separate backup or cloud sync feature is clearly provided, you should not assume that your data is backed up automatically.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse V Radar.

You must not:

Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App except where allowed by law
Use the App for illegal purposes
Attempt to bypass payment systems
Attempt to exploit Developer Mode or test features
Upload or process files that you do not have the right to use
Interfere with the App’s normal operation
Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

14. Intellectual Property

V Radar, including its name, design, interface, visuals, software, structure, and related materials, is owned by V Studios or its licensors, except where third-party materials are used under their own licenses.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use according to these Terms.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

15. Third-Party Services

V Radar may rely on third-party services such as:

Google Play Billing
Google Calendar, if enabled
Android operating system services
Device notification systems
App store distribution systems

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. V Radar is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or decisions of third-party services.

16. No Warranty

V Radar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available
The App will be error-free
PDF detection will always be accurate
Notifications will always arrive on time
Widgets will always update instantly
Calendar data will always sync correctly
Payment reminders will always be complete
The App will meet every user’s expectations

You use the App at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V Studios and its developers, owners, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Missed payments
Late fees
Incorrect reminders
Lost data
Subscription renewal mistakes
PDF import errors
Calendar sync issues
Notification delays
Device or operating system limitations
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Loss of opportunity

You are responsible for independently verifying important information.

18. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, add features, remove features, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
