These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile game V Fatefall, including any related features, content, in-game items, advertisements, leaderboards, notifications, updates, and services provided by V Studios.

By installing, opening, accessing, or using V Fatefall, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the game.

## 1. About the Game

V Fatefall is a mobile puzzle game developed by V Studios. The game may include local gameplay progress, player profiles, leaderboards, in-game currency, cosmetic items, advertisements, rewarded ads, in-app purchases, local notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.

V Studios may update, modify, balance, expand, remove, or discontinue parts of the game at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

## 2. Eligibility

You may use V Fatefall only if you are legally allowed to use mobile apps and games in your country or region.

If you are under the legal age required in your country or region, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the game.

By using the game, you confirm that you either meet the required legal age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

## 3. License to Use the Game

V Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use V Fatefall for personal entertainment purposes.

This license does not give you ownership of the game, its code, artwork, music, sounds, designs, branding, characters, names, icons, logos, animations, user interface, or other content.

You may not:

- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit the game or any part of it

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code

- Use the game for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

- Use unauthorized third-party software, bots, scripts, automation tools, or cheats

- Interfere with the normal operation of the game or its services

- Attempt to bypass security, purchase verification, ad reward verification, or leaderboard systems

- Misuse bugs, exploits, or technical errors for unfair advantage

## 4. Player Profile and Nickname

The game may allow you to create or use a player profile, nickname, selected region, or leaderboard identity.

You are responsible for the nickname and profile information you choose.

You must not use a nickname or profile information that:

- Contains offensive, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or illegal content

- Impersonates another person, brand, developer, public figure, or organization

- Includes private information such as your address, phone number, email address, or payment information

- Violates any third-party rights

- Attempts to mislead, harass, or harm other users

V Studios may remove, reset, hide, or modify inappropriate profile information or leaderboard entries where necessary.

## 5. Leaderboards and Fair Play

V Fatefall may include local, regional, or global leaderboard features.

If you use leaderboard features, your nickname, score, selected region, ranking, and related gameplay data may be visible to other players.

You agree to play fairly and not manipulate scores or rankings.

V Studios may remove, reset, suspend, or ignore leaderboard entries if we reasonably believe that they are affected by:

- Cheating

- Hacking

- Automation

- Exploits

- Modified app builds

- Fake data

- Technical abuse

- Fraudulent activity

- Any violation of these Terms

Leaderboard availability may depend on internet access, Firebase services, platform services, and technical conditions.

## 6. In-Game Currency and Virtual Items

V Fatefall may include in-game currency, rewards, cosmetics, unlockable items, or other virtual content.

Virtual items and in-game currency:

- Have no real-world cash value

- Are not legal currency

- Cannot be exchanged for money

- Cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or redeemed outside the game

- Are licensed to you for use inside the game only

- May be changed, balanced, limited, or removed as part of game updates

V Studios may adjust in-game rewards, item availability, item pricing, balancing, missions, progression, or economy systems to improve gameplay, prevent abuse, or maintain fairness.

## 7. In-App Purchases

V Fatefall may offer optional in-app purchases, such as cosmetic items, rune packs, ad removal, or other digital content.

All purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play’s terms, policies, payment rules, refund rules, and account requirements.

V Studios does not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to make purchases, especially if you use a shared device, family account, or payment method belonging to another person.

Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, currency, and payment methods may vary by country, platform, account, and store settings.

## 8. Refunds and Purchase Issues

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are generally handled according to Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law.

Do not send full payment card details.

## 9. Advertisements and Rewarded Ads

V Fatefall may display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads.

Rewarded ads are optional advertising experiences that may provide in-game rewards after successful completion.

Rewards may not be granted if:

- The ad fails to load

- The ad is closed too early

- The ad provider does not confirm completion

- The internet connection fails

- The game is interrupted or closed

- Fraud, abuse, or technical manipulation is detected

V Fatefall, V Studios, game names, logos, icons, artwork, UI designs, animations, effects, audio, code, gameplay systems, text, and other content are owned by V Studios or licensed to V Studios.

You may not use V Studios branding, logos, icons, artwork, or game content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You may share normal gameplay screenshots or videos for personal, non-commercial, review, commentary, or promotional purposes, provided that you do not misrepresent ownership, modify the game to mislead others, or violate these Terms.

## 14. Third-Party Services

V Fatefall may use third-party services such as:

- Google Play Services

- Google Play Billing

- Firebase

- Google AdMob

- Analytics services

- Crash reporting services

Your use of these services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers.

V Studios is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, data handling, advertisements, payment processing, or external content beyond our reasonable control.

## 15. Privacy

Your use of V Fatefall is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

## 16. Suspension or Termination

- Cheated or manipulated gameplay

- Abused leaderboard systems

- Attempted fraud

- Misused purchases or rewards

- Used unauthorized tools or modified versions of the app

- Created security, legal, or operational risk

Where appropriate, we may remove suspicious scores, reset progress related to abuse, or block access to online features.

You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

## 17. Disclaimer of Warranties

V Fatefall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V Studios makes no warranties that:

- The game will always be available

- The game will be error-free

- The game will work on every device

- All bugs will be fixed immediately

- Online services will always be available

- Advertisements or third-party services will always function properly

- Your progress will never be lost due to device failure, uninstalling, technical issues, or service problems

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

## 18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, loss of profits, device issues, service interruptions, or inability to use the game.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

## 19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
